Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

1.1. We provide custom services, specifically market research and business trips to Turkey.

2. Refund Policy for Market Research

2.1. Refunds cannot be issued once the market research report is delivered.

2.2. Partial refunds may be issued only to established businesses with at least 3 years of operation.

2.3. We reserve the right to accept or decline further orders from businesses requesting partial refunds.

2.4. The maximum partial refund rate is 70% of the order value.

3. Refund Policy for Business Trips

3.1. For business trips, we offer the flexibility to change the dates and venue upon request.

3.2. Full refunds are available if requested at least 2 weeks before the planned business trip.

3.3. A partial refund of 50% of the order amount can be issued if requested at least 3 days before the planned business trip.

3.4. The maximum refund in case of trip interruption is 20% of the order amount.

4. Refund Policy for Product Samples

4.1. Refunds may be issued for product samples that do not match the agreed-upon product description.

4.2. Clients are responsible for returning the samples to the seller to initiate a refund.

4.3. Return shipping and related taxes are the client's responsibility.

5. Return Policy for Physical Products

5.1. We have a 30-day return policy from the date of item receipt.

5.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

5.3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

5.4. To initiate a return, contact us at sourcingwithci@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the provided return address.

5.5. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Damages and Issues

6.1. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and make it right.

7. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

7.1. Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

8. Exchanges

8.1. To ensure a smooth exchange, return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

9.1. If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification, provided the item meets specific criteria.

10. Refunds

10.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

10.2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

10.3. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
